PTO 2011 The Programme

Who Attends PTO?
Unlike many courses and seminars PTO has never placed a restriction on who attends. PTO believes that today's amateur photographers are tomorrow's pros and therefore actively encourages non-professionals to attend. Each year PTO has an increasing number of non-professionals and assistants amongst their ranks, so do not feel that if you are an amateur you will in any way feel inferior or be treated differently. All who attend PTO are treated equally.

Many spouses and partners accompany their photographer delegates either to simply holiday and enjoy the great socialising at the end of each day or in many cases register as a delegate to help take in the myriad of information which is available from each workshop or seminar.

Photo Training Overseas do extensive research before deciding upon a suitable hotel for their annual conference – this was no exception – although recommended by Thomas Cook our tour operator, the organisers researched ‘Trip Advisor’ to read what previous guests had to say about the all important quality of food and service in this hotel – it appeared to be faultless. It boasts 530 bedrooms but still came out top for personal service and cleanliness.
