Darron Hartas from WPS Media (ex-news editor of the British Journal of Photography), says "I've been attending PTO on an ad-hock basis right from the start and always recommend it to photographers who are in the early stages of their careers. As a photographer-turned-journalist I can see the immense value this course has and full credit must be given to George, Glenys and the rest of the Dawber family for the efforts they put into each and every year's event. Highly recommended. |
| Chris Wordsworth - PTO P.R. Consultant says: "Considering how many now famous photographers got their initial inspiration from past PTO events, perhaps the final word should come from Malcolm Cole, a non-professional from Swindon". " PTO I love it - and I wouldn't miss it for the world". |
Janet Buckley (Delegate at PTO 2007 in Morocco) says: "I'm impressed by all the speakers", commented first-time delegate Janet from Torquay. "I want to take advantage of it all - the new ideas, seeing what other people do - then I want to put them into practice in our wedding business." |
Bill Bowman - Past Chairman PPLA, Past President APL, Past publisher Panorama and past owner Avoncolour, Cheshire Colour Labs and HCCS Ltd As someone who is usually an organiser and speaker at events, I found my first PTO in Morocco interesting. As a delegate I met a number of people who are useful to my business and social activities. So much so that I booked for Lazarote in 2008. |

Adam Woolfitt says: Morocco was another full programme with lots to learn from stars like Dave Wall and the usual relaxed and invigorating mix of fellow snappers excellent hotels and a fantastic last night bash. Our 'cultural' excursion into the mountains was amazing (despite grotty weather) over one of the most exciting roads I've ever travelled. Marvel equally at the coach drivers and the attempts to shoot landscapes in the rain from a moving coach with an H1D! At least there was no film bill." |
