Michele has always been know since the age of 12 as the one with the camera!
All through her teenage years captured memories for her friends and family always longing for a real camera.
In 2010 Her husband surprised her with her first DSLR! It was then she decided to learn how to take it from auto to manual. After a 16 week night class at a local college moved on to HNC where she gained an ‘A’ in fashion photography for her graded unit. Still not very confident decided to spend some time in the industry learning more and more from private tuition.
After a friend asked her to photograph her new grandson she wondered what on earth she was doing wrong! As it took her 4 hours to do.
Deciding then to go for proper newborn training and really struggled to start with but as her own kids grew she began to enjoy the time she was spending with these newborns and her passion and love grew for newborn photography.
Every newborn portrait session she tries that little bit harder to perfect the session not caring how long it takes as long as she gets the shot.
She has trained with the best in the industry including Melanie East from the UK and Erin Elizabeth from Australia.
Newborn safety is her number one priority and is now running a very successful full time business in baby’s first year and gave up Hairdressing after 30 years.
Michele feels its never to late to learn and is off to University in September 2017 to start studying for her BA in Photography.
Babies will always be her passion and she adores each and every one that comes through her studio door!
Even if i am having the worst day ever then these little ones make me smile.
