George and Glenys Dawber
George & Glenys Dawber have been organising and running Photo Training Overseas for over 30 years, George is a former President of the BIPP & the MPA, he has won many awards for his photography over the years including the Kodak Bride of the Year and the Kodak Portraits in Uniforms, during his heyday in the eighties and early nineties. Headed up the Fuji Professional School of Photography which was highly successful in training photographers, throughout the UK and overseas. Together with two other well known North West photographer colleagues he was a lecturer for CI Seminars, one of the first training concepts in the UK He has judged photography internationally and appeared on the WPPI American event.
Glenys worked with George for many years building their highly successful social studio business, prior to becoming a full-time Foster Carer, she progressed to becoming a Foster Carer Trainer such is the depth of her knowledge in this role. Now she is a main hub carer for a group of ten families as an adviser, supporter and respite carer for any children the families are having difficulties with. Glenys is a sociable person, good listener and communicator and excels in making people feel welcome and at ease; Mother to three adult children, two of whom (the daughters’) reside in Western Australia, Son Howard a former Cruise Ship photographer Manager looks after their photography business.
