A PTO Ambassador is someone who enjoyed their PTO experience so much they want to spread the word of the tremendous value for money this training week is.
The Ambassadors will encourage friends and colleagues’ to consider joining this annual extravaganza and also joining the group on ‘Facebook’.
There is a benefit for the Ambassador to encourage the participation of others who have not enjoyed this experience previously.
It is the Ambassadors responsibility to ensure a booking form is completed and returned to PTO with a covering deposit of £60 and explain there is an opportunity to spread the cost over the period left prior to 14 weeks before departure; They should answer any questions the prospect has and explain what is involved in the training week. As the new delegates mentor they can arrange to meet them if they are departing from the same airport and introduce them to others on arrival in the resort hotel.
The Ambassador is expected to wear their badge of office at all times that they are in the company of other photographers. Only persons who have NOT previously attended a PTO should be targeted.
